Asimismo, <strong>la fecha y hora de la actividad, y duraci\u00f3n del vuelo pueden estar sujetas a cambios<\/strong>, sin que de derecho a ninguna indemnizaci\u00f3n para el cliente por parte de volartis (costes de Hotel, desplazamiento\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El pasajero Reconoce y asume voluntariamente los riesgos inherentes<\/strong> a la actividad de vuelo en globo aerost\u00e1tico, comprendiendo que se trata de una actividad sujeta a condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y orogr\u00e1ficas variables que pueden afectar a su desarrollo, <strong>sin que esto exima a Volartis y sus pilotos de su responsabilidad<\/strong> como tal, en cuanto a seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cliente se compromete a seguir en todo momento las instrucciones del piloto o del personal de tierra, tanto durante la preparaci\u00f3n como durante el desarrollo y finalizaci\u00f3n del vuelo, actuando con responsabilidad y diligencia as\u00ed como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No encontrarse <strong>bajo los efectos de drogas o alcohol<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si ha realizado una <strong>inmersi\u00f3n de buceo a m\u00e1s de 25 metros de profundidad<\/strong>, deber\u00e1 <strong>esperar al menos 24 horas antes de volar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las pasajeras no deben estar embarazadas<\/strong> ni en las primeras fases del embarazo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No se permite transportar armas, explosivos o mercanc\u00edas peligrosas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Est\u00e1 prohibido fumar durante el vuelo<\/strong>, tanto tabaco convencional como cigarrillos electr\u00f3nicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-5543ab0d\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Cancelaciones y reembolsos:<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No presentaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda del vuelo por parte del cliente (no show)<\/strong>: no reembolsable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del pasajero con 48 horas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: reembolso del 50 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del pasajero con 72 horas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: reembolso del 100 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte de Volartis<\/strong>: reembolso del 100 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas adversas<\/strong>: reembolso del 100 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fuerza mayor<\/strong>: reembolso del 100 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-36b4c4b1\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Caducidad bono regalo:<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se puede pedir la <strong>pr\u00f3rroga de la caducidad<\/strong> de un bono regalo pidi\u00e9ndola como muy tarde un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de la fecha de caducidad, se aplicar\u00e1 un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s de validez desde la fecha en la que se solicite la pr\u00f3rroga y aplicando la tarifa vigente en este momento, sin tener en cuenta eventuales promociones o
