We take off in areas of the Levante, Pla and Migjorn, where the landscape merges with the sea and the gentle breeze accompanies every moment. During the flight, we serve a selection of tapas made with local, zero-kilometre products, to savour Mallorca from the air whilst enjoying a glass of local wine. Wear comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes., as if it were a short walk or hike.
Passengers must not be pregnant. nor in the early stages of pregnancy.
Weapons, explosives, or dangerous goods are not permitted to be transported..
Smoking is prohibited during the flight., both conventional tobacco and electronic cigarettes.

Meeting point and time

Weather is not an exact science, and balloon flights are no exception. Since the flight depends on the wind direction and intensity, as well as the sunrise or sunset time (which varies depending on the season), the meeting point and time may be subject to change.

Volartis will confirm the exact time and place of the meeting a day or two in advance., although these may vary with prior notice.

What time shall we meet?

About two, or two and a half hours before sunset, so that we can watch the sunset just before landing.

What should I wear?

Clothing suitable for the time of year, closed-toe, flat shoes. Temperature similar to that on the ground.

Do you get dizzy?

One of the questions we’re asked most often. There’s no sensation of falling. It’s much more dizzying to look out from a balcony on a tall building; the flight is very stable.

Can I change the date?

Within 72 hours, free of charge. For orders placed less than 72 hours in advance, please enquire. We’re flexible and want to make things as easy as possible for you.

What if it doesn't fly?

Rescheduling or full refund.
